I heard that because MOE says we must go school. WTF ?

Then this school policy ? I think its freaking unfair ):
When we go competition, we won cash prize but we can only take 100 bucks maximum even if we win 1000 bucks. The rest will be given to the school to help the needy people. WTH. 100 bucks only !! Not like we can always win competition like that. ZZZ. Stupid TJL ! GAHHH. We where got so many needy pupils to help. Sure scam our cash prize one ! GAHH. Stupid school.
then got this NYAA thinggy -.- ZZZ. I dunnoes what to do.
