Shuttle Run: 11.36s (A) [get A happy liao :D]
Sit-ups: 38 (A) [can do better ): ]
Inclined Pull-ups: 20 (A) [can do a lot better ): ]
Standing Board Jump: 166 (C) [very very very very happy ^^]
Sit & Reach: 33 (E) [must retest, I sucks at this :X]
